When our Founder and CEO, Darlene Furst, started the business, she had two young kids. As a working mother, she understood the importance of offering a flexible work environment. Our staffing agency culture offers flexibility so our team can fulfill responsibilities such as taking children to appointments or other important personal duties. We believe fostering an environment of fairness and respect for personal and professional responsibilities better supports the health, happiness, and work-life balance of our valued employees – and leads to better results for our clients and candidates.
FurstStaffing strives to meet – and exceed – the expectations of our clients and candidates. In fact, that’s how our business grew. In 1971, we only did direct hire placements, but our happy clients asked us for help filling temporary roles in their organizations. Of course! We were happy to provide that service to our Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin clients – just as we continue to meet our partners’ evolving needs in every way possible.
