Our Community Commitment
At FurstStaffing, community involvement is part of the culture.
We proudly hire our internal team locally, and we support and encourage them to become active members of their communities. Part of our mission and vision is to improve our community, our economy and our workforce – therefore, we hire people in each of the communities we serve.
Our company is active in the Rockford, Stateline, Belvidere, Darlington, and Stockton chamber of commerce organizations, and many of our employees regularly volunteer within the communities they serve.
