The short answer would be that I like the VARIETY in my job – a variety of awesome people, both internal and external, and a variety of daily challenges to keep work interesting and rewarding.

What do you enjoy the most about your work?

I love creating and maintaining relationships with my employees and clients. I also enjoy being a part of someone’s story when they achieve their goals. And I love doing it for an organization that has such a positive impact on our community!

What do you enjoy most about your work?

The support of our team. Making a difference in others' lives - helping them achieve their goals in employment. Meeting the candidates and getting to know the clients, establishing a relationship with everyone.

I enjoy seeing the accomplishments the members of the FurstStaffing team have made and are currently doing on a regular basis.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I love that I am able to make a big impact on people's lives. I enjoy connecting my candidates with the right jobs. Often our candidates grow into other positions, and attain benefits, once hired into our clients. This creates a positive impact for the candidate and for the candidate's family. I am happy that we are here to help the people in our community!

What I enjoy about my work is the opportunity to help people by providing useful and relevant information. It’s rewarding to assist with solving problems, learning new things, and exploring the vast array of topics that technology encompasses.

There is nothing more rewarding than meaningful employment for individuals, families, and our community. It takes a lot of work, but the impact on the lives of our employees and their families when it all comes together is huge.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I’ve been hoping for someone to give me a chance in an office setting since I got my Business Administration degree and am thrilled to finally be putting my degree to use! I also enjoy all the wonderful perks and friends I’ve gained.

I wanted to be a flight attendant, so that I could travel when I grew up.

What do you enjoy the most about your work?

We have a great team at FurstStaffing. I like the numbers side of payroll and enjoy talking to employees and helping them with payroll questions.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy what I do now because I enjoy helping people. I had a candidate who I placed at JL Clark, and she was hired in permanently. When we lost the account and I was walking through the plant, she stopped to talk to me. She hugged me and told me that I had changed her life!! It doesn’t get any better than that!!!

The most enjoyable thing about work is talking to a wide variety of people every day.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

My parents have always struggled to communicate with people who do not speak Spanish, especially when looking for work. Doing what I do has always reminded me of my parents. I love being able to help those who do not speak English and be able to hear their relief when they call or come to the office, and they know that someone can communicate with them in Spanish. I also love helping people who need a new path in life and come to us to help them find a job to get them on that path.

I like helping others and learning about different life experiences.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy the interactions with the employees and the GM employees, talking to people is my specialty. Solving employees’ issues and working with GM leadership to improve our employees’ work processes are what I like best.

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I enjoy meaningful work that has a purpose, and I feel helping people find gainful employment that they love is a great purpose. I also enjoy the variety of work that staffing offers – no two days are the same in the staffing world!

What do you enjoy most about your work?

I always say that I have the best job in the place. One reason is because I have the opportunity to meet and work with every single employee, regardless of their branch or position. I love that!

What do you enjoy the most about your work?

I am so thankful that we are able to be a part of our candidates’ and our clients’ stories. It is an honor to be able to help those who are reaching out and to serve them as a trusted partner during a time of need or uncertainty. I love that we truly can affect a real and recognizable change in their circumstances. Whether we are connecting individuals to their next career steps, helping a management team meet a new production challenge, or advising HR teams on best practices and new laws, we have been entrusted with an opportunity to make an impact…and I love that we do!

The people. I work with an amazing group of people, and I also meet many different people. I have learned so much from all of them.
